HaShem is used by jewish people to refer to God. It literally means "The Name" becuase Jews dont want to say the Lord's name in vain.

We aren't like that as Muslims so we can say God, Allah etc... but we can still use things like HaShem or The Almighty etc... as long as it is not another God like Krishna, Holy spirit, Jesus (Christians use Jesus as God) etc...
