Most blue eyed Turks are of Balkan descent right? Actual Turks look like me and @Haven
yeah there are lots of gypsy and arab types in turkey but i dont consider those to be the perfect representation of turks, haven is what real turks look like
blue eyed turks almost definitely have either balkan or ukrainian ancestry, from when the ottoman empire owned a piece of ukraine on the black sea coast, lots of women were brought from there to breed with turks
but bulgarians tend to be way whiter, the 30 or so % of bulgarians which are actually white are superior to me, they have light brown hair, pale nordic skin and light eyes, sometimes even blonde hair

It’s like using a light skin Tyrone as representative of all blacks
His father moved to turkey from Albania when he was young

anyways white men are superior
Sadly most Turks are white therefore I don’t worship them

if you’re not white it doesn’t matter where you are on the pecking order. Anyways I’m 80 percent white so… still ethnic therefore inferior to white men
lots of turks used to live in balkans and still do

50% heritage from across the world is way different than turks being naturally mixed

you are not 80% white with those eyes

Obscure examples don’t prove anything and Moors didn’t exist when photographs became a thing

Notice how the word moor was used interchangeably to refer blacks here’s where your wrong
The following quote also disproves the notion that Moor was simply a religious identifier/label for muslims. The word Moor was consistently associated with blackness since antiquity.

And between Egypt and Nubia it hath well a twelve journeys of desert. And men of Nubia be Christian, but they be black as the Moors for great heat of the sun.
-- 14th century, Travels of Sir John Mandeville

Black muslims known as a Moors were very influential during the Islamic era of Spain in many cases they subverted the Arab-Spanish elite. This is how the Almoravids and Almohad dynasties came to rule Spain for brief moments. In other moments they were there to support the Iberian muslims in battle against the Christians. See the medieval manuscript depiction of the Battle of Teba.

There were also Moors that converted to Christianity who subverted Islamic rule like the famous Anti-Umayyad rebel Umar ibn Hafsun. A contemporary muslim poet referred to him as a sawada (black African descendant). Sawada/Aswad was like the muslim equivalent of Moor used to refer to blacks in Spain.

Anyhow Umar ibn Hasfun might have been of mixed origin but nonetheless was a ruler in Spain who was said to have over 70 castles with the ruins of his church in Bobastro, Spain.

There’s simply too much evidence for the existence of black moors. Moor is a European term and the people who ruled Spain made up of Berbers, Arabs and black Africans. I don’t understand why people want to deny the sub Saharan African involvement despite plenty of proof

lol only after the 17th century were Moors depicted as black by Europeans, and that’s interestingly when the slave trade started to flourish :ogre: perhaps they were trying to demonise blacks to justify slavery

Being described as “dark” =/= black

Most blacks were either slaves or soldiers when we talk about the Moors. It’s the same logic if you try to claim Ottoman empire was Bosnian because a few Sultans were mixed or some of the janissaries were Bosnian

pretty much every Moor man of any status had a Berber/Arab Islamic name and phenotype

anyway i really don’t wanna debate some obscure empire and ethnicities with a wewuzzer, claim Mali empire, that’s yours

The Almoravid dynasty (Arabic: المرابطون‎, romanized: Al-Murābiṭūn, lit. 'those from the ribats'[7]) was an imperial Berber Muslim dynastycentered in Morocco.[8][9] It established an empire in the 11th century that stretched over the western Maghreb and Al-Andalus. Founded by Abu Bakr ibn Umar, the Almoravid capital was Marrakesh, a city the ruling house founded circa 1070. The dynasty originated among the Lamtuna and the Gudala, nomadic Berber tribes of the Western Sahara, traversing the territory between the Draa, the Niger, and the Senegal rivers.[10][11]

Almoravid dynasty
المرابطون, Al-Murābiṭūn
1040–1147
The Almoravid empire at its greatest extent, c. 1120.
The moors did have a black dynasty in the form of converts due to an Islamic scholar displeased with the elites in Spain that didn’t follow proper Islam but again applying race on ancient people is retarded as they didn’t see it in our lens it was more culture religion that they cared about.

generally Blacks were slaves and soldiers in Moor society

the paintings you include are not contemporary. the ones i posted are
