Over the last few weeks, I've been less active here because I've started a new job. Well, long story short, I met a girl there and she seemed really interested in me right off the bat, which is very unusual, but apparently I'm her exact type. She insisted on being my "work buddy", which every new employee gets to help them settle into the company. Then she made sure to explain everything carefully and helped me immensely.
Her friends secretly told me that she likes me a lot, so I managed to work up the courage to ask her out, scared as fuck that her friends might've been trolling me, and that I'd get reported to HR and dismissed. But thankfully she agreed
We went out a few times to various restaurants, to the cinema and watched Venom. After the film we kissed on a streetcorner near her house. Finally got my first kiss (excluding escorts) at age 27. Better late than never I suppose. Had sex a few days later and she seems obsessed with me, which is a completely alien feeling after a lifetime of isolation. I'll be meeting her parents later too.
Not sure what else to say really. I've reached a developmental milestone about 10 years later than everyone else, which is sad but I feel happy for the first time in a long, long time. I know most of you will say "LARP, Tales, etc" so I posted a picture of us two below:
I want to say goodbye to all the lovely users I met here who are genuinely good people.
