Trimax Measurements: (Anterior open bite class 2 with Jaw shift = asymmetry)

* 5-6mm high Lefort 1 (linear rotation - ccw is cope)
* 8-9mm BSSO + centering jaw asymmetry
* 6mm sliding genioplasty

Recovery:
Insanely brutal not for the weak. It‘s worth it tho
TMJD did not get healed sadly. Surgery was done in Austria with an insane unknown Blackpiiled surgeon.
