But, if a population is poor, or not doing well, or financially illiterate, it's nobody's fault but the government
Blaming poor people for being poor is what self righteous victorian nobles did, and when we are taught about what they thought about poor people and why they're poor, we as modern people laugh at them for being so stupid and out of touch, but there are still people who think this way
