I asked a woman for a date at work twice in a span of 2 years, and she reported me to the HR, but it doesn't stop there......

Either troll, he has done something more or is extremely ugly and even HR hates him.

Regardless, never date women at work, even if she is into it.

As soon as you get into any kind of relationship, good luck my friend. Sooner or later that stuff is going to bite your ass. You will have to walk on eggshells if you want to keep eating your bread. You cannot leave her or she will leverage HR to take revenge on you.

Keep work and personal life separate, that's a golden rule.

It's not me btw bro

Well, I am 5/10. And routinely invited colleague girls to date. Usually rejected. But no reports.

I think there was something more than just "asking them out"... Maybe he grabbed their ass or something? I just find it hard to believe these stories...

On the other hand, I am not in mentally sick Murica

It is only if you are afraid to lose your job :feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

In IT, I can grab "by the pussy" whoever I want, and get fired... then find a good paying job within the next month :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

There is no way this guy wasn't extremely weird asking her out. Even truecels don't get treated like this. Me and a bunch of my friends met girls at work. Imo a low paying job where you work with your hands is up there with school and uni as one of the best places to meet girls.

It can go well for 10000 guys, but there is always that one odd case that ends up like this.

If you have female colleagues, socialize with them as well as with male colleagues just to strengthen your network, but always keep it professional. Of course this varies a lot based on the type of job and its prestige. If you are working in a McDonald's it doesn't matter as much, date colleagues as much as you want.
