My first approach was like this too, the fear and anxiety was on new levels

I used to get like the stomach drop and uneasiness feeling before doing a presentation or talking to somebody new, but when it came to my first ever cold approach it felt like I was viewing myself from a third person perspective due to the anxiety

My inhibition levels went all the way to new levels man, I swear

They both went successful though, so I guess there were no downsides
