A few weeks back, some furniture was being delivered to my house and my parents weren't home but left me the cash the pay for it
One of the guys delivering the couch was 5'10 and facemogged me and was NT but surprisingly friendly to me upon arrival, I assumed him to be a decent guy
I offered to pay for it as he was leaving and he said that he was not told by the company that he was receiving payment as it is typically done over the phone so he had no receipt to provide me with but said he could accept the payment and write it on his docket that i've paid then pass on the money.
I agreed to this, handed him the money then asked him to sign the existing docket I had for the deposit payment and he agreed
He signed his name and I asked him to write "500 paid" on it and he was gonna do it but then he hesitated and wrote 50 and stopped and left it
I only noticed he wrote 50 as he was leaving and I assumed it was no big deal but then I thought what if he is not going to pass on the money and keep it for himself and will claim that he never received payment or else I only gave him a €50 installment jfl.
This was irritating me for hours coz I was trying to figure out what he was up to and assumed he was pretending to be nice to me then fucked me over when I presented money to him that he wasn't expecting

After some time I realized that the reason he wrote 50 was probably because he had not counted the money by that point after I gave it to him so he didn't want to sign off on the full amount having not counted it
Some weeks later and there had been no dispute about the payment so I will assume the guy was genuinely being friendly to me despite him being NT and facemogging me which is the usual position of someone who would fuck me over
