i just ate a pizza + 1L of diet coke + 15 nuggets with mayo and ketchup and i want to throw up because i ate alot and i feel sick, in 5 nuggets there is 800mg of sodium so i will get bloatedmaxx and tomorrow my farts will smell like death, should i force throwing up

oks guys update, for the first time i forced myself to throw up and i felt amazing, i feel so much better now, im fighting with this eating compulsion since i was little, but sometimes it comes and i cant avoid it i hope i dont develop Bulimia
