Then you should know that I still have some corticosteroid in my body and I still feel some light pressure in the bones of my face, which means I'm still losing bone density but much slower than before. The anti-osteoporosis supplement strontium citrate helped to slow the bone loss down, but if my bones start growing that will happen only when the corticosteroid is fully out of my body and my bones start healing, and the supplement should help. Also it's technically not a drug because you can buy it without a prescription, strontium citrate. It has an anabolic effect on bone.

The bones in my face definitely got a bit smaller from losing so much bone density though, and my teeth changed position. I think my brow ridge especially used to be bigger.
