Have had perfect diet since new year. 3 more days of perfect diet to have a healthy base. Then 3 day water-fast to get rid of damaged tissues from my failed lifestyle of 2023 through autophagy.

5 months of strict dieting + gymcelling and I may start looking human when summer starts.
