I ate only 1251 calories today eating like a pig, how is that possible?

Is that even possible? I googled all the stuff I ate today and their calories, the result was only 1300 calories.

I still have to have dinner but prob won't get more than 500 kcal at best.

I should eat 2300 calorie daily in order to bulk... And google says that a normal man eats 2000 calorie normally... I don't even eat like this normally, I eat way less.

My question is, is that even possible? How all of this food only 1251 kcal?

Yeah cuz usually I don't eat candies and I don't have breakfast. I would only eat my dinner and lunch.
 
I do this it's because I forget to eat for like 6 hours and then suddenly become overcome with hunger

I can only get a rough number, my parents cook for me, I can know a precise calories number only for the candies I ate, not for dinner and lunch.

I don't eat them usually, it's just that I wanted to reach 2300kcal but even with candies I can't.

You are still a teen Im assuming to tbh you are fine just be aware about it and try and lower the sugar intake and increase the protein intake when you get the chances to. Its around 18 19 that this type of eating looksmins you hard and fast

Last time I said that I wanted to change diet, they said that they wanted me to leave internet(cuz they thought that this was the reason I wanted to change diet) and go to a therapist.

I convinced them to let me keep my phone and not go to a therapist but I still have to eat what they want me to eat.

Are you lifting? Are you trying to put on muscle? Get some actual protein in you. WTF.
I dirty bulk. I eat lots of calories. But I make sure to eat at least 1.8g protein per kg of body weight per day as well.

If your parents are feeding you this crap and won't feed you actual protein, you need to get a job and buy and prep your own meals. I don't know how much whey protein powder costs where you live. But here, you can buy a 2lb tub of flavoured and sweetened whey protein powder with 84.84% purity (770 grams of protein) for $33.87 CAD. At 62kg (111.6 g protein per day), you can buy an entire day's worth of protein for $4.91 CAD. But since you're getting protein from other sources, you don't have to eat that much whey protein per day.

Yes. Any more protein than that is a waste of money. Because muscle synthesis for both cutting and strength bodybuilders maxes out at 1.8g protein per kg body weight per day. Protein-heavy foods tend to be expensive compared to processed carbs and fats.

Shit, how much times do I have to repeat that? I don't usually eat sugar food but I ate it today because I wanted to reach 2300kcal.

Italian breakfast is sweet food only btw, but I don't have breakfast usually, I have only dinner and lunch.

That sugary faggot shit is perfect food to eat after lifting weights. Glycogen plays a big role in muscle synthesis and glycogen is 3 parts water 1 part glucose. But mans needs to eat protein too or else all that sugar is just going to turn to fat.

I ate a 1,040 calorie 200g bag of Ruffles Sour Cream N Onion potato chips (only 16g protein) yesterday after my workout. But during the day I also had 3 53cc scoops of whey protein powder (17g protein each), 2 53cc scoops of mass gainer powder (5g protein, 19.5g carbs each) and 15 oz of milk. Along with breakfast pork sausage, cheese, chicken breast, tuna, bread (mostly carbs but some protein), etc

I've gained almost 9 lbs during my bulk in the last 14.5 weeks. And almost all of my new weight is muscle. I lost very little ab definition. Despite "dirty bulking." It doesn't matter what kind of carbohydrates and fat you ingest. All that really matters is that you get enough protein, don't stuff yourself with too many carbs and fats to the point where you are gaining weight too fast and give your muscles enough stimulus during your workouts. If you put on weight very fast, a higher percentage of your new weight is going to be fat rather than muscle.

You don't need ID to buy whey protein powder and mass gainer powder in a supermarket or pharmacy. It's an over-the-counter supplement.

Your parents are neglectful if they feed you dog shit and won't let you mix a whey protein shake even if you buy the whey protein powder, milk and shaker cup yourself.
