I ate only fast food and goyslop for a week and still lost 2lbs of fat

This test is highkey not recommend and to be only used when you are exclusively busy for a week with work. Last time I tried this was 2 years ago, but that time I gained 3lbs of fat and an inch of belly.

This time however I was strategic; rather than ordering from McD, Dominos or KFC I sticked to only Subway, Chitpole and Taco Bell which are technically still fast food joints. I ditched ketchup while eating them and liked it raw. Rice bowls from Chitpole and Subway sandwiches have least amount of oil.

Next I swapped chocolates with protein wafers, I swapped plain milkshakes with protein shakes. I swapped any sugary drinks with monster zero and Coke Zero. I didn’t really touch cookies as such but had a pack of lotus biscoff with sugarless tea now and then. That’s about it, I went to gym daily and ran 5k 2x a week and I did lose 2lbs of fat while still technically eating only fast food and goyslop the entire week.

You are missing the point you GrAY fuck. You can be on calorie deficit with just fast foods, it’s all about picking the right options to get shredded.

starve yourself at this point and save yourself some money.
Sorry I don’t speak Broke. Money isn’t a problem, time to make/ eat clean is.

Surprisingly I don’t gain much weight when I’m not on stupid Mirtazapine
