vacation just started and my mom now is too lazy to monitor my cooking.

i've had liters and liters of milk, meat with copious amounts raw egg yolks,
bone marrow, actual bone itself, gigantic omelets and more, all in the past 2 days.

even better; i can eat without forks (like a slave) and just enjoy it outside with my bare hands.

i feel so much better right now, my teeth got whiter and my lips got redder (even if temporary it's still insane.)
that just shows; once i'll completely leave the house, my mental health and its indicators will go up.

i mean my parents are gonne get me to hop off like tomorrow or some shit like this by cooking for me then flaming me if i tell them i don't want it. but i'll try to convince them once and for all during these vacations; asking them if i can buy my own food for life as i'm almost an adult and should be able to eat whatever i want.

not as of right now as it's supermarket meat but i definitely will make the switch once i find a good source and don't get screamed on for eating it

try eating sugary pastries in the morning followed by salad cooked with "beyond meat" then finishing off the day with green soup and burnt bread (total of 1,2kcal)
