For the past 2 months I've consumed nothing but cooked and raw meat, dairy, fermented dairy and little amounts of fruit and honey (here and there). I've also been in a calorie deficit this entire time.
About 2 days ago, I was outside with my friends and I was really hungry. We were next to a pizza place and they said it would be fine if I "crashed out" once. It was anything but fine.
My acne hasn't gone away fully yet, but I ate bad food ONE TIME, and I got 2 cystic acne pimples, or whatever you call it. One time of indulging in fast food and this is what happens. JFL at myself, I should've waited to be satiated at home.
I now know its better to stick to the diet, instead of even crashing out once a year. Even if you don't have acne, eventually you wont be able to outrun wheat belly.
