Normally it’s no big deal but I ate about more than 1.5 kilos (3lbs) worth of veggies like broccoli, carrots, celery not even counting high fiber conjac noodles I ate, which lead to extreme stomach bloat. Farts are rotten and ominous. My ass keeps bubbling and brewing something: when I feel like it’s time I can’t even shit. If anything even comes out of my ass it’s merely watery shit that doesn’t even leave brownish color upon wiping… mirin gut health :lul:👍

It’s incredibly filling and low calorie… anyone that says fat loss is hard is lying. Food disgusts me right now and I roughly consumed 1k kcal
