I ate sweets 4 times this week, because I hate myself

This last month plus i been bustin my ass in the gym, feeling fitter and stronger than I've been in years.

Monday this week I woke up feeling so lean and fit, almost like a hot guy

Then inexplicably this week - while still doing the exercise, I ate sweet food/sugar on 4 occasions:

-Huge ice cream cone with 2 big scoops on tuesday
-a ton of Indian sweet food from the curry house on Wednesday
-2 poppy seed muffins and some fruit and nut chocolate on friday
-A dominos salted caramel thickshake this evening

Then I go do weights tonight and see in the mirror my big Pajeet gut reforming.

I'm a fuckin 33 year old Indian man and I put that into my body in a week....wtf

deep down I hate myself and I have a belief that "You don't deserve to look strong lean and fit. You are a skinnyfat subhuman and I WILL bring you down BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY"

all goes back to trauma and negative beliefs about myself

I ate 3 chicken shish kebabs yesterday with one roti, 2 meat buns, 1 pepsi, 700 ML of Brisk Ice Tea and 2 small shwarmas with like a cup of mango juice
