I leanmaxxed hard ( I was atleast 12%BF, I had visible ab veins)last year and I used to cold approach and use dating app and it honestly never worked for me so I gave up , now I try not to dwell on things I can’t change like my looks and height , call me a fag if you want but i honestly avoid all women , I don’t even look at them anymore or try to be anywhere near them because I know they don’t like me.i try my hardest to avoid them at all costs, I even workout at night since theirs 0 women at the gym at that time and im currently trying to find a warehouse job so I don’t see women/work with them.I still walk with my head held up high since I’m not tryna get robbed or bitched , but I’ve realized it’s really over /never began for me it’s depressing ngl.im not afraid of giving ppl eye contact, i just don’t do it anymore
