quit all stimulants for until they left your system entirely and take 20 mg of 9 methylated beta carboline for 1 month straight and use sunscreen(uv sensitivity) this would rebuild your neurons so essentially a dopamine reset sort of but if you fucked over something other than dopamine the damage won’t go away faster long term
