I became extremely bloated today despite being lean and not eating much carbs

Trained fasted drank black coffee after

Breakfast - 4 eggs cooked in olive oil

Lunch - Steak with salt and Greek yogurt


What is the culprit? Sodium? Dairy?

potasium 1:1 sodium (added salt intake shouldnt be more than 4 grams)
cardio
sauna
avoid high processed carbs
avoid sugar
keep active (10k steps a day)
avoid artificial sweetners
drink plenty of water
get leaner..

How much sleep did you get the night before? I find that sleeping late bloats my face for the next day like crazy even if I get 8-9 hours. Also did you stress a lot

Not using lasix for temporarily relief and not using dnp daily is the problem everything else is cope go pharmaceutical not natural
