If ur as underweight and low bf% as ur lanklet friend it's worth. Otherwise hell likely stay a twig forever. Dirty bulk = 20kg in 3 months(20% muscle, 80% fat) Clean Bulk = 20kg in 5yrs (90% muscle).

But dirty bulk then cut is much quicker and time is of the essence. Past 30 mens looks seem to go rapidly + are seen as old and creepy in social environments(clubs, bars etc )

He was bloat lord b4 but gained loads of lean muscle underneath the fluff. MPMD claims natty 4 him as well
