If I manage to do the slightest good deed like mowing the lawn or cleaning my room instead of rotting all day or I overcome the slightest grain of hardship (having to speak up, procrastination, etc) I reach the moon and start tearing up.

This is bad because it encourages low standards tbh. But I’ve been rotting full time for the past half year after realising how subhuman I am (which is low IQ in of itself) when I should know better than to kneel to self pity after a solid 6 months of self improvement and making steps so… I’m better off hyping myself into doing little tasks
