I really dont know what to do, the minimal softmaxxes to increase test or something like It wont change almost anything and the things that would change (steroids) are too expensive, i really dont know what to do

Just turned 16, on accutane, started dermastamping my eyebrows with minoxidil but i've got flat zygos and maxila, bad nose, just over
