some points:

-he has a full head of hair to begin with, which many "just get a haircut bro"-copers forget to mention
-he not only got his hair cut, but the barber gave him a different beard style + eyebrow trim etc
-his underlying facial features are not horrible

now, if this was a balding sub5 the haircut would ofc do nothing
