Either shit fat pads or missing bone mass.
Fat graft fix both issues.
For missing bone mass the optimal thing to do is: first infra malar implant, if needed fat graft afterwards.
U could also just makeup fraud, I'll do that soon.

Expecting to get approached by women is not the right way of going about things. Yes there are guys who women do approach, no it is not common or the norm. Next time you see a girl and wonder why she is not approaching you, remember that it is customary for you as the man to approach her and stop using small, arbitrary things like "dark under eye circles" as reasons to justify your anxiety.
