I think being slightly narcissistic as a phase during teenage years is somewhat normal. But if they stay like that for years and fail to realize that being narcissistic is bad for them, I think they might have low intelligence at that point. I have recently told someone that he is narcissistic and I'm pretty sure that he reframed it in his brain as a compliment
