I benched 100kg today. It was AMAZING!

It was amazing. I took 2 scoops of pre workout. Was bloated asl. But i looked lean also. Id say i am a bloated 10 to 11bf guy.

Today was a very special day. I rarely try out barbell flat bench press for PRs but this time cuz i was in the flow i took my chance and asked someone to spot me. So he agreed. And there i went. I ebagn with 60kg for warmup . Benched that for reps. Then i went uphill 80 to 85 to 90 to 95 and then the moment came. 100kg my first time ber even thinking about that shit. But i felt insanely good so i took my chance and the sootter also said i could handle 100kg easily. So i was motivated. And BOOOOM it went smooth as hell? Insane control. If my wrists werent aching that hard i would have benched 110kg.

Fyi i am 178cm male 22 years old. Been gymmaxxing for 2 years. Never used anabolics.

Nice , keep doing 1 rep maxxes until u can do more than 4 reps , then slightly increase the weight by 5 ,10 lbs then so on

i'm 54, i've been gymceling for 30 years, i've done steroids on and off for about 15 years total, my current bench is 175lbs and my max was 205lb in my 40s. i've never tested by max. probably just 20lbs more.

i think so yeah. coath blaha says you should be able to bench 225lbs for reps within a year of training. i'v ebeen training for 30 years so...

Bro my chest is my weakest muscle of my whole body. So benching this much is insan i can do lateral raises 24 kg dumbbells with proper form for reps. My shoulders dominate and i can do lsteral raises machine 56kg for 10 reps approx.
