I binged on raw honey, PB, ground beef and chicken

I just binged on like half a bottle of raw honey, hella peanut butter with chicken and ground beef what do i do. I feel like a loser failure and scared i’m gonna get bad again. I’m mostly worried about the raw honey i literally ate like half the bottle with some milk and then chicken and beef but what do u think is it that bad????? helppp

Don't binge alot of food generally , so your body doesn't fuck up

These food are good for you , but doesn't mean that you should eat a whole cow in a row or drink 5L. of milk
the same goes with everything even water , you cannot overdrink water or else you will have Water intoxication (hyponatremia)

I struggled with binging a lot last summer got better, then took reta from January to about early april and was fine and now i feel it coming back
