I bloated myself with nasolabial filler

Stupid surgeon tricked me into getting 1ml filler instead of 0.5
We decided to get 0.25ml on each side, but then he opened a 1ml package "by mistake". Because i was nervous and anxious i agreed to used the 1ml instead.

Now after 1 month my nasolabial area looks bloated and i can feel the filler below my skin. Its 0.5ml per side.
I went from slightly sunken and with a bit of nasolabial folds to a more bloated version of myself More midface projection and more ape like bloatface.

Im scared of getting it dissolved because i heard it will destroy my own collagen.
