Now I am waiting for the package to arrive. 5-alpha-hydroxy is actually the correct chemical bound. I will make updates in the future and I will report on it, to how my body reacts or perhaps does not react. I will also take ashwagandha before training now, which further lowers cortisol levels. I am also eating meat basically every day. From roastbeefsteak, point steak and filet steak to chicken breast and bacon. I might make a more elaborated thread in the future, perhaps even with some pictures.
