do not pin into your buccal fat pads. you are meant to spread dose evenly across multiple points of subq fat. fat dissolvers are really not meant for deep fat pads. mark as solution

Use like a 30g needle, make a grid pattern with 1-1,5cm in between points and pin 0,2-3,5ml per point

I hit one, youll feel it but if its small needle no damage will be done, you can just redo the injection to avoid the pain
