Apparently it’s very good for skin. Contains retinol

I’m scared to eat it raw, idk if it’s good enough quality I also walked 8 miles and grabbed pizza with it but tried to keep it cold with my drinks

Is it good/fine to eat raw or should I just cook it tbh

Better to eat raw nutrition wise but it tastes like shite that way

Is it rly worse than cooked liver?

Yea it’s disgusting I’ve eaten it cooked from a restaurant and shit makes me gag. But it mogs vitamins hard
The idea is that cooking it destroys some of the vitamins but I can’t eat it raw so I get liver crisps and accept it isn’t as nutritious. The crisps that are expensive but it’s just like beef jerky with a slightly weird aftertaste

we already get alot of vitamin a from most foods, you would have to try hard to be vitamin a deficient because it's present in most foods so most people tend to have alot of vitamin a but not enough vitamin d and k2 which causes a fat soluble vitamin imbalance and can lead to poor health I made that mistake in the past overdoing the liver and my skin was so dry

So just don’t eat too much liver. I already know dat and saw u can easily overdose on vitamins but it rly does take quite a lot of liver

I’ve never tried raw liver but if I did I’d cut it into small pieces and try swallowing it with water like a pill. The crips jerky is palatable enough to eat on its own
