I bought some Erda I don't want to go in blind—please give me some advice on how to get started.

Younger go lower
ur not going to be blind, its just dryness
Get some eye drops and manage ur diet

You can't actually go blind thats just fearmongering, any visual impairment will disappear once you stop taking it. The biggest concern you need to worry about is phosphate toxicity.

4-6mg should be pretty much good for u
Higher dosage = more S.E so be aware

I'm eating phosphoric foods like a madman on 8 days of erda and I'm literally getting zero sides

go on amazon, buy a
mg scale,
size 000 capsules,
dilution powder like taurine or creatine,
and a size 000 capsule filling tray. (u might have to find a filling tray elsewhere, but get it anyhow.)

personally I used 244g of dilution powder with 1g of erda to make 500 total capsules containing 2mg of erda each, that way i can increase or decrease my dose however i want.

These numbers are dependant on how much you can fit in one capsule, i could fit 490mg of total mixture so i js plugged into ai to calculate for me, id do the same if i were you. for example;
"i want to spread 1g of compound A diluted in compound B across enough capsules to contain 2/4/8mg each, the capsules hold XXXg of total mixture."

Keep everything clean and organized, and follow basic steps on geometric dilution (look it up theres plenty tutorials out there)
I got a phosphate binder and joint support supplement altho you can DNR like most retards on here

btw 2mg is plenty to inhibit fr3 activity, but do your own research
