Just look at one-star ratings for the seller you bought it from. If there's a lot and/or very unsettling reviews, then don't use it.
But isn't it just some sort of pressurised water sprayer, with a camera and like a hook to pick ear wax? There should be no reason that it randomly explodes. Does it have a lithium battery? How's it powered?
