I don't even overnight growth like that. I mean consistently training for only 2 times a week. Like on Monday and then Thursday for around 4-5 months. I did that last year because I was busy giving interview and preparing for tests1. It can be muscle inflammation which will go down to normal
2. It can be actual muscle growth. I’ve had the same thing happen once where my biceps grew a considerable amount overnight
I also saw the most amount of growth when I did full body 2-3 times a week. I did ppl for 3 months and haven’t made any progress, I took a break switched to fbeod and im progressive overloading on all of my lifts and im getting bigger each dayI don't even overnight growth like that.
