Last week I tapped 10 times a day. After that I was supposed to complete no fap for 14 days to feel human again. Now I JFL i coomed to Instagram reel whores, I feel bad. I shooted huge ropes all over my bedsheet and I had to throw it. But it's an improvement and I shall do not fap for a month starting from now. Not busting nut anymore.
