I called a woman at work fat and ugly

I was talking to this ugly, obese, hispanic woman at work. Something came up and I said "its nice to go to the gym sometimes and see attractive fit people."Keep in mind that 80%+ of the women at my office are obese.

She just sopped talking and I could tell that she felt terrible.
