Warm light increases melatonin secretion hence leading to better sleep. It keeps my nervous system relaxed and reduces circadian rhythm disruption. Ever since I started using only warm lights my Apple Music stopped recommending 42 dugg and chief keef and started recommending classical Mozart and Beethoven it’s crazy (((they))) are watching me and I ain’t even surprised tbh.
Ditch those white blue light emitting LEDs and switch to yellow at your place ASAP and then thank me later.
