I can approach sluts at the club but I cant approach HQNP's out in public.

Attempting to approach an HQNP makes my heart beat extremely fast and it makes me nauseous. I've failed two approach two HQNP's recently and I cant stop hating myself for it. The older I get the rarer it is to encounter one. What's a good opener for approaching an HQNP out in public? I'm scared of scaring them and getting the cops called on me. I feel like sluttier girls will be less offended by an approach.

I just failed to approach a Bella Poarch looking HQNP who was walking next to me for 3 minutes.

No major recession, my chin is lined up with my lips. Just some mild acne that is almost gone.
