I can barely find any good Infraorbital malar implant results.

Almost all the results I found barely provide any forward projection. Only two have looked good to be so far: one from Eppley and the other from Yaremchuck. But there are results from both these people that are suboptimal in my book.

So what's going on here? If I were to go to either of them, how much forward projection can I ask for?

Yes just minutes ago I was thinking of just doing infraorbital implants with a canthoplasty and facelift.

i couldn't find any information about cutting tendonds. they go through small incision from mouth and that's cutting tendons not happening with that procedure. (i guess)
