I had severe episodes of insomnia during a week still when I tried to cope without all this time, now I finally can say that the sleep consequences are behind me since it is been 16 days I stopped completely from 12+ hours a day on a regular basis

It's probably because you were in front of a blue screen all day. Again, games aren't addictive. You were gaming so much because you likely have adhd. I have it and I used to game for 16 hours a day until I got put on stimulants. Now I'm highly productive and only play two hours a day before bed. Get on meds
For my part i would say that if I cant compensate the overstimulated easy dopamine that I received during all these years of constant music and gaming I ll become chronically depressed, I think it is even the cause of my episodes of insomnia and jester tendencies as always on the humorous side to cope the lack of cerebral stimulation, direct causality with the level of motivation too

is dopamine neccesary for feeling emotional and crying. i can cry easier on alcohol. i feel more gentle feelings if that makes sense but i dont feel other dopaminoergic effects like higher sex drive. on alc sex doesnt exist for me

Gaming and music didn't mess up your receptors. You have ADHD. You were born like this and that's what causes you to seek high reward low effort acitvities. You're dopamine reuptake recepters are saoking up all your dopamine buddy boy. There is no trick, no redpill manosphere nofap lifestyle bullshit that will remedy this. You need some dexmethylphenidate to block those receptors and let that nice feel good dopamine acculmulate in your noggin and put that battery in your back so you get up off your ass and move. One pill of dex and within 30 minutes you will be folding your clothes and learning a new skill. Within one week you will accomplish more than you ever have in your whole life. Get to a psych pronto
