i can breathe from my other nostril atleast 50% better than the other, does that mean that my septum is deviated? and if it is should i get it fixed?

Bro don't listen to the guy beside me, what you actually need to do is bonesmash your nasal bone, and then thumbpull, you'll eventually widen your palate and widen your nasal bone, then also get nose rings to open up your air ways.
