My balls sometimes hang and sometimes they're tight. I've noticed that whenever I would drink lots of water, my body would retain it or do something which made my balls look bigger and the scrotum look a lot tighter. I have turkey neck foreskin between the shaft and scrotum too.

The problem with my balls getting tighter is that it has too much skin, so it gets way more wrinkled than necessary

Looks like shit, I just want smoother and brighter balls
