Let’s say you’re homeless with no shoes
You can try to go to the library to ask the homeless advocate for a job but you’re not allowed to enter the library without shoes
But to get shoes you have to have money and to get money (legally) you need a job so as you say there is no way to make money legally.
and u will always get caught being a criminal.
The amount of effort to even make 1 dollar is usually insurmountable
