I know a guy like that (idk if he's autistic or something else, but he definitely has a mental condition) who works at my local supermarket. He sings to the point of yelling while pushing carts in the parking lot. People seem to tolerate him though.

yes exactly people seem to find it normal that he sings out loudl. because deep down they are like him and have echolalia.
