orbital decompression, orbital box osteotomy, Rhinoplasty, bimax with cw rotation with full facial implants. To be honest you should prolly jus forget hardmaxxing and work on your personality jfl. You need each of these surgerys equally as bad, if you did these on a budget one at a time which you won't do since your not getting any surgery like most ppl on this sub it will cost prolly 100k usd including everything OR you can go to Giant he will do it in one procedure for 70k usd.
