Tbh I reckon you have BDD if you think a 44mm chin is short on a 10mm philtrum -

That’s a 4.4 chin to philtrum ratio - you realise tylermaher has a 3.3 ratio and his chin is extremely tall looking.

It’s hard for me to say for certain without seeing pics but I reckon you might benefit from a reduction genioplasty - or maybe you’ve just measured wrong , probs the latter tbh
