I always wake up early some fucking how almost exactly at the 6 hour mark

This shit si so annoying cuz I can’t go back to sleep after and I’m always exhausted , currently 5:39 am

I struggle with the same problem currently 6:40 am and I have yet to fall asleep

What i always do, when it’s 30 minutes before my sleep schedule i go to bed, so from then on your body gets used to that rhythm and you’re circadian rhythm kicks in so whenever it’s that time you start feeling tired and go to bed and wake up with your body

get some blind curtains,did wonders for me.I had to wake up early for a whole year and i couldnt sleep wrll until i get them
