JFL at having to listen to this twerp for 1.5 hours at the start of your day in order to be a functioning human being.
A few years ago I downloaded a 30 hour workshop he gave in 2004. I condensed the material to 3 hours of the best, most effective bits.
When I listen to it on 2x the speed it takes 1.5 hours including the exercises.
When I do that I have a naturally productive day where I do all the right things and I am 100% productive and effective without even trying, diet is on point, zero smoking/weed, exercising, workcelling on my own shit etc etc etc. It all flows perfectly. I am at 100% effectiveness.
When I don't listen to it or do the exercises for that 1.5 hours, I would struggle to get up and go to the fridge. I am eating chocolate and icecream, not being productive, finding any excuse to smoke weed, literally doing nothing. Some days where I didn't have the time to do it and had to run out of the house early I had shit days.
