I can pay for any surgery, but I need advice on what to do

28 years old. For the last years I was completely focused on accumulating knowledge and making money as a cybersecurity specialist and a webhosting business consultant in a low-cost, simple life and didn’t care about appearance as I barely had time to invest into it, now I have enough money to perform any surgical procedure I “need” to improve my aesthetics in what I think you call “ultramax” and “hardmax”, but I don’t know much about the terminology to even discuss this with a surgeon on what I can and want to improve. I’m here to ask for critiques and suggestions on what to do to improve my aesthetics to the maximum allowed by my genetics. I know there are knowledgeable people here that can provide great insights.

I know there’s lots of things that can be improved on my face, but I don’t know how to describe in order to explain in proper terms to the surgeon and I’d like to make sure to ask for the right things, because the results can vary based on the expectations I talk about with the surgeon.

I've been talking with a oral and maxillofacial surgeon already and I'm pretty sure we will do orthognatic surgery, and since this is a complex one and ideally is done once in a lifetime, I'd like to use this opportunity to make as many modifications as needed/possible on this same surgery so that I don't have to go through it again.

Also, the reason I want to do this is partly because of some high-school trauma, but mostly because I don’t like what I see in the mirror aesthetically wise, I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin, I feel inferior as if I was living handicapped, with a disadvantage compared to pretty people. Even though I have money and respect from my peers, I still feel bad close to really pretty people.

I have an overbite, but I've been doing orthodontic treatment for a bit more than a year and it's way better now. The orthotondic treatment is also preparing me for orthognatic surgery, which should happen in the next 6 months. I will make sure to post after pics here once it's done.

You're right, I didn't use to take care of myself at all, just the bare minimum I'd say. I didn't even have a skincare routine, but I will go to a dermatologist and esthetician to get this fixed.

Like @Pakicel says, your cranium/skull shape will cap you hard. You would need to find an ultra blackpilled surgeon who would be willing to perform a wraparound skull implant to give you a better cranial base for advancement surgeries like Bimax and LeFort

eppley performs wraparound occipital skull implants. Combined with other implants wouldn't you technically be able to do bigger advancements? I know the base can't be altered at such, so my wording was bad, what I really meant was that implants could 'technically' allow for bigger movements that won't look uncanny? Or maybe I'm wrong. Of course they will still carry the same risk, maybe even more so since you're going to be advancing the base quite heavily

Having a weaker cranial base doesnt mean you're doomed to htn. It really caps you theoretically to the pretty boy route as they just hide that shit with hair and have many other good feats to compensate overall. Its all theory at the end of the day that he will ascend. Rn he looks pretty good minus his ridiculous recession.

The fact that he needs something as invasive as bimax does not bode well for him. The outcome is unpredictable and it could all go very wrong. Tell me this. When was the last time we had a good surgery result posted on here? Proper before and Afters in similar conditions. Not frauded BS. I can not recall even one.

Also, he looks like a typical incel and likely gets treated that way IRL. He should try to become a normie and then live his life. He won't be a slayer without roids or some other game.

It's not that there is anything seriously wrong with your cranial base. You will find attractive men with a similar one to yours. It's just that surgeries can be quite unpredictable and it is quite difficult to artificially recreate the harmonious forward of a natural gl face.

But to be more specific, if you look at your skull from the side, your occiput protrudes quite a bit, your jaws are downswung with a typical mouth breather profile. Google wimp vs warrior skull. Yours is more like a wimp skull. Bimax would likely improve you but it won't be necessarily make you gl unless you somehow get lucky.

When people here mention cranial base, I think they are referring to the angles of the bones at the base of the skull. When you are downward grown like OP, it's not only the jaws that are affected. Like if you look at the below pic:

If you look at the illustration on the right, you can see the entirety of the skull is downward grown while most gl dudes tend to have forward growth everywhere.

yeah I will be getting them soon, I'm still discussing things with the surgeon.

@KingBetaTut Counter-clockwise rotation of the occlusal plane + bimax can do wonders for cases like mine where the growth went more downwards than forward. It can also fix long face, improve midface, philtrum:chin ratio, etc. Besides this, I will probably be getting polypropylene implants to improve contours and angles such as mandibular and zygo.

I want to make sure I find a surgeon that is willing to provide the results I expect, based on looks theory and gl guys faces as reference. There are many surgeons who will focus on the functional aspect such as breathing, chewing, etc. and won't go out of their way for "unnecessary" movements for aesthetic improvement, but I'm happy to have found a good surgeon already in my country with great before/after examples, reputation, etc.

Apart from the disguised eye area, your jaw needs CCW bimax, you are recessed after you align your lower jaws a genioplasty/chin wing (really not recommended) should be your second procedure, concluding with 1-2 ml fillers to each gonion would be enough to ascend your jaw atleast. As others have pointed out your cranium is small and kind of wimpy and for that my recommendation would be to grow your hair out more than your temples this would harmonise your new ascended jaw with a smaller cranium, if you won't do the hair stuff you'll end up looking uncanny since your neurocranium to splanocranium ratio would be off. But that's not a concern if you get a better hair style and grow it out. I can see you doing well afterwards. Apart from that basic skin care stuff (tretinoin, hyaluronic acid and moisturizer to fix your skin) and I forgot to add look into mse or any thing that can widen your palate/lips (since they seem really narrow). After that you'll be set as long as you don't have a sub5 eye area. Good luck

Doesn't look bad at all ngl. But my point was once you get a wider and defined jaw it will look disproportionate to your skull which is why hair frauding will be a must as @Blackgymmax said
